Chris Whytock B.Eng (Hons)

Having served an engineering apprenticeship with Ferranti where he was subsequently employed as a toolmaker and general machinist, he decided to further his career in engineering and returned to full time education as a mature student. He gained an honours degree in Engineering with Management from Napier University, Edinburgh.

Since graduating, he has developed his experience in various engineering related roles including roles as a Production Engineer in a precision sheetmetal & pcb manufacturing company; a Project Engineer in a stainless steel fabrication company and a Teaching Company Associate with Napier University.

He is currently employed as a Design Engineer where his projects have included the design, development and production of IC engined and battery powered vehicles and also equipment and components for use in high-pressure liquid chromatography.
