FT Designs is the brainchild of Chris Whytock, or to give him his full title: Chris Whytock B.Eng (Hons).

Chris's interest in Air Rifles is fairly recent. He became a 'shooter' in October 2001 when he bought an Air Arms Field Target with all the essential accessories. Needless to say he became hooked on the sport and now enters almost every local competition. His enthusiasm is such that he arranged a family holiday in Norway in order to compete in the 2002 World Championships!

However, not to digress, Chris soon discovered that the stock on his Pro Target just wasn't right for him so he created a prototype aluminium stock and FT-Designs was born. Chris also demonstrated his 'dark side' when he bought a Ripley AR4. No prizes for guessing that this latest acquisition will also be subject to an 'aluminium makeover' courtesy of FT-Designs!
